The 4th Power Southeast Asia Conference & Exhibition 2016 was held on Sep. 6-7, 2016 in Yangon, Myanmar. The main theme of the exhibition is to strengthen communication among Southeast Asian countries in power generation and power grid construction. Mr. U Min Khaing, Director of Hydropower Implementation, Ministry of Electricity and Energy, Myanmar and Mr. U Aung Myint, General Secretary of Myanmar Renewable Energy Association introduced the power market development in the recent years and the planning in the coming years.

During the exhibition, hundreds of attendances were interested in SIFANG’s products and overall power solutions. Since Myanmar is  acute shortage of power supply, the construction of hydropower, thermal power generation and 230kV substation are problems that need to be addressed urgently. The officers of Electricity and Energy Ministry of Myanmar came to SIFANG’s booth to consult the relevant technologies and products. Some of Chinese EPC contractors are also attracted to SIFANG’s booth and looked forward to future cooperation. The significance of participating in the exhibition is to enhance communication with customers and realize further cooperation with the help of the international exhibition platform.
